Frequently asked Questions :-

  1. How much does it cost to be a member?
    Answer. Each member pays £2.50 a week subscription to their Section Leader
  2. Is my son/daughter insured while he/she is Scouting?
    Answer. YES. 75p out of each subscription paid each week is used to pay for insurance cover for the member
  3. Is there first aid cover in the event of an accident?
    Answer. YES. Each individual Leader is required to hold a current First Aid Certificate
  4. Are there any checks made as to the suitability of Leaders/Helpers to be involved with young people?
    Answer. YES. Each individual Leader/Helper is subjected to a FULL CRB check and these checks are recorded both locally and nationally
